Platonico is a truffle shaver that pays tribute to one of Montefeltro’s most prized culinary delicacies.

This gem-shaped object comes in three finishes: wenge, oak, and 3D-printed transparent resin.

The adjustable steel blade allows you to choose the shavings’ thickness. The base of this truffle shaver is like a little treasure chest that protects and preserves the truffle’s aroma and can be used to serve the freshly made shavings.

Platonico celebrates the act of shaving the truffle, typical during festivities and special occasions.
